Displaced from Mershing , Dhomma and Menawashe in South Darfur complained about a lack of food, water and health services. A number of people displaced from Mershing told Radio Dabanga they have no choice except to leave the camps and live in the outskirts of Nyala unless the World Food Program resume their usual food ratio distribution.
The Coordinator of Humanitarian Affairs from the camp told Radio Dabanga that the people suffer from the lack of food causing malnutrition among children. The problems started particularly after humanitarian organization were expelled from the camp. He called on the government to intervene and provide humanitarian assistance.
