URFF rebel arrested, beaten, tortured in Nertiti in Darfur

The military intelligence in Nertiti arrested Mohamed Ahmed Fadl Darut, one of the leaders of the United Revolutionary Front Forces (URFF), Radio Dabanga has learnt. The head of the movement Ibrahim Al Zubaidi was killed the day before yesterday at the hands of the armed forces. The source pointed out that Darut was a native of a neighborhood north of Zalingei. The source claimed that the the URFF rebel was beaten and tortured during the investigation conducted by the military with the Intelligence and Security Service (NISS).
