Three killed in fight between villagers and cattle raiders S. Darfur

Three people were killed and two were wounded in clashes in the Jebel Awda between cattle raiders and a group of villagers who pursued them. The thieves killed the people and ran away with the cattle. The cattle had been taken from Duga Dosa, South Darfur. Residents of the area criticized the government for not intervening in the area and remaining a spectator to what is happening. One source noted that several days ago an armed group consisting of Misseriya Arabs attacked Duga Dosa, killing two people, injuring three, and looting cattle from the region.
