Gunmen assassinate two brothers, wound third in central Darfur

Unidentified gunmen at midnight on Sunday killed two brothers, Ahmed and Abdelazim Yahia, and injured the third brother Mohamed.An eyewitness informed Radio Dabanga that a group of seven persons on board a Land Cruiser mounted with a Dushka cannon went to Serafai village in North Darfur via Tawila.

They went to the home of Al Hajj Yahia Mohamed and fired at the sons, killing two and seriously wounding the third who was taken to a hospital in El Fasher.

The motive of the attackers is unknown.
