Armed group loots gold seekers in North Darfur
On Thursday and armed group looted a group of people searching for gold in Kutum locality, North Darfur. A witness said an armed group opened fire on the vehicle they were traveling in from the gold mining area. One person was seriously injured and taken to hospital. The gunmen seized the gold, money and personal possessions the passengers were carrying. The incident was reported to the police.
