Electricity disruption in El-Fasher

A number of residents from El-Fasher, North Darfur, have complained about electricity outages and disruptions in the city that sometimes last for more than four days, Radio Dabanga learned on Monday November 12.Owners of shops, crafts and companies have expressed anger at the situation as it damages their businesses. A shop owner told Radio Dabanga that the disruptions cause residents to resort to generators, an option that costs a lot of money as diesel and gasoline are scarce and prices are rising.
