Two men shot dead in South Darfur camp attack
Two Kalma camp residents, were killed when three gunmen opened fire on them in an area east of Kalma camp, South Darfur on Monday. Sheikh Ali Abdul Rahman Al Taher of Kalma camp told Radio Dabanga Adam Mohamed Ali (65) and Ahmed Adam Hamad (30) were on their way to chop wood east of the camp when they died. The sheikh stressed that pro-government militia attacks on displaced people are an ongoing result of the lack of security. “Camp residents live in constant fear because of the risks they face when they leave the camp for food, water or to chop wood.
