Robbers murder man, injure mother in South Darfur
A young man was shot dead and his mother seriously wounded by militiamen on Saturday, in Nyala, the capital of South Darfur. A relative of the deceased told Radio Dabanga that on Saturday evening armed robbers broke into the house of Mohamed Ibrahim, located in the Imam neighbourhood in Nyala North.When his son Ahmed Mohamed Ibrahim appeared, they shot at him, killing him instantly. His mother, Halima Sharif, was wounded in the head and chest and immediately transferred to the Nyala Teaching Hospital for treatment.
