Three dead as gold mine collapses in North Darfur
Three people died when a gold mine collapsed in the area of Abdel Shakur in Kutum locality on Saturday.
An eyewitness told Radio Dabanga that Haroun Khater Adam, Adam Mohamed Adam, and another man, whose identity could not be ascertained, were inside the pit when it collapsed.
“We managed to pull out the body of Khater only,” he said.
