Large drugs haul in Port Sudan container

In April 2014, 47 sacks of narcotic pills, worth about SDG 354 million (nearly $59 million), were intercepted by customs at the main Sudanese harbour. The container had also been shipped from Lebanon. The drugs were destroyed in March this year.
