The rebels’ west Kadugli sector repulsed a convoy of the Sudanese army on its way to Lima, the SPLM-N said in a press statement.
They managed to kill a number of soldiers and destroy two vehicles, he said. Wounded soldiers were evacuated in two helicopters. The rebels lost four fighters.
