A woman lost both legs in an air raid on the village of Suwanee in Darfur’s Jebel Marra this afternoon.
Several witnesses told Radio Dabanga that Hawa Suleiman Omer’s legs were blown-off when an Antonov of the Sudanese Air Force bombed the village, which lies to the south of Jebel Marra. Three donkeys were also killed in the raid.
Witnesses reported that homes were destroyed and livestock killed on Tuesday morning, when seven bombs fell on a second village Feena east of Malam.
