World Vision blanket handouts insufficient at Darfur camp

The organization World Vision distributed blankets in Kalma Camp for displaced people to help them face the cold winter this year. The distribution was not sufficient, however, according to one of the leaders of the displaced camp. The refugee leader told Radio Dabanga that the amount of blankets distributed to each family was only one, while the number of people in each family is estimated between 9 and 10 people. The camp leader called on World Vision and other aid organizations to provide enough blankets for the entire population of the camp.
