World Bank mission arrives in Sudan
A World Bank mission arrived at Khartoum on Saturday to update a diagnostic study through the Integrated Framework programme related to Sudan’s accession to the World Trade Organisation (WTO). Advisor of the Ministry of Commerce and Industries, Shaza Osman, said in a press statement, that the mission, consisting of 15 experts from various countries, among them four Sudanese, will visit the relevant ministries of Sudan’s Accession to the WTO, as well as the states of Red Sea, Gezira, and Gedarif, and some tourist areas. The World Bank mission will meet with representatives of the Sudanese Ministry of Commerce and Industries today (Sunday), to discuss ways of reaching a final roadmap between the two parties.
