Woman raped by two in North Darfur’s Tabit
Two militiamen raped a young woman near Tabit, Tawila locality, on Tuesday afternoon.
Speaking to Radio Dabanga, a sister of the victim reported that “two members of a government militia” attacked the woman as she collected straw in the area of Dawa, south of Tabit.
“They seized her at gunpoint and raped her alternately,” she said.
The victim was taken to the hospital of Tabit for treatment. The incident was reported to the police.
