Water collector raped near Tabit in North Darfur
Two militiamen raped a 17-year-old woman west of Tabit in North Darfur on Thursday morning.
“Two militia members on motorcycles intercepted the woman as she was returning from the well of Jabayeen, 15 kilometres west of Tabit,” a relative of the victim reported to Radio Dabanga. “They repeatedly raped her.”
She said that the woman was found lying on the ground by people visiting the well.
