Two traders shot in Central Darfur
Gunmen reportedly shot dead two traders and injured two others in the area of Saraf Majeen, 30km east of Mukjar town, Central Darfur. Witnesses told Radio Dabanga that the traders were on their way from Garsila to Nyala in a Nissan, when gunmen appeared at the road at Saraf Majeen at about 5pm on Saturday.They fired at the vehicle, killing traders Omar Ibrahim El Hado and Mohamed Ishaq (nicknamed Danbari), besides wounding two other passengers. The witnesses added that the Nissan did not stop when it was shot at. The deceased were buried in Kubum, and the wounded were transferred to the hospital of Kubum.
