Traders complain of harassment in Sudan’s West Kordofan
Several West Kordofan merchants complain of the security services and military intelligence harassment and confiscation of their goods.
The residents of Al Sunut locality told Radio Dabanga that on Tuesday, military intelligence agents raided El Dabkar market and detained a number of merchants just to release them later.
They added that the authorities also confiscated many goods, especially flour, on the grounds that the merchants allegedly support the rebel Sudan Revolutionary Front.
