He promised the timetable would speed up the process. Amin Hasan Omar, head of the Darfur Peace Office, emphasized the necessity of enforcing peace in the Darfur region. He told Radio Dabanga they will cooperate with regional security forces to address grievances of the Darfurian people, enforce security and provide essential services to the Darfurian people.
The agreement was signed by Bahar Abu Garda, the Minister of Health of the Darfur Regional Authorities, and Amin Hasan Omar, the representative of the Khartoum government on Tuesday.
