Three people killed in car collision, West Darfur

Three people were killed as a vehicle overturned near a camp for displaced people in West Darfur on Monday.

The accident occurred near camp Kirending while the vehicle was on its way from Murnei to El Geneina. Three of the passengers were killed. Five people sustained injuries.

A listener in Kirending told Radio Dabanga that among the dead are Amir Zakaria Ibrahim and Abdallah Abakar Adam. The injured have been transferred to El Geneina hospital.

The cause of the overturning of the vehicle could not yet be confirmed.
