Three Darfur children injured in grenade blast
Three children, one boy and two girls, were injured in an explosion in Kebkabiya on Friday. The children are believed to have been playing with a grenade. Witnesses told Radio Dabanga that the children had found a strange object on the ground near the police camp.

Witnesses told Radio Dabanga that the children had found a strange object on the ground near the police camp.Witnesses said the object exploded among them while they were playing with it, which caused the loss of the boy’s hand on the spot, as well as three of his fingers and leg. The two girls were also injured. They were taken to Kebkabiya Hospital to receive treatment.
Witnesses said that the children were from Al Amiri neighborhood of west Kebkabiya. The boy was 13 years old while the two girls are 7 and 4 years old.
