Sudanese teachers in eastern Chad complete training course

In the city of Abeche in Chad, 70 primary school teachers at the Sudanese refugee camps in eastern Chad have attended a training course in teaching Arabic and mathematics. One of the teachers told Radio Dabanga that the course was organised by the Swiss organisation RET (Refugee Education Trust) working in Sudanese refugee camps in eastern Chad. The RET training course of 10 days was attended by 70 primary school teachers from six refugee camps: Gaga, Farshana, Treguine, Goz Amer, Djabal, and Bredjing.   The teacher added that they all appealed for more courses, especially at secondary school level, noting that RET promised to set up more courses in the near future.
