Sudanese capital short of fuel, cooking gas

For the last three days, car owners in Khartoum have to queue for hours in order to buy fuel. The cooking gas crisis continues.
“Fuel stations all over Khartoum state are short of fuel, particularly diesel,” a listener reported to Radio Dabanga. “Long queues of vehicles have developed at the fuel stations since Friday.”
He added that the months-long cooking gas crisis has not been solved yet. “People have now become used to stand in lines for hours without even being able to buy a gas cylinder in the end.”
