NGOs resumed activities in South Darfur, following the lifting of government access restrictions to camps for displaced people.

Registration of South Sudanese refugees has continued in White Nile state: the total number of arrivals since December 2013 reached 134,244 people.

The World Food Programme plans a school feeding programme in South Kordofan.

And improved food security conditions are expected in relatively secure areas of Sudan, but acute food insecurity will persist in conflict-affected areas, according to the Famine Early Warning System Network (FEWS.net).
