South Darfur police refuse to file rape report of 17-year-old
A 17 year-old girl was raped by a militiaman in South Darfur on Wednesday in the vicinity of her farm in Marshang locality. Eyewitnesses claim the local police refused to file a report on the rape as well as to visit the crime scene.Sources said to Radio Dabanga that a group of four girls living in the Solo camp for displaced persons were attacked by militiamen on Wednesday near their farm in Arne, three kilometres west of Manawashi.
