Security forces kill student in Omdurman
Security forces reportedly killed a student from Darfur on Monday. Abdul Hakim Abdullah Musa was an agriculture student at the Islamic university in Omdurman and associated with the Sudan Liberation Movement led by Abdul Wahid. A relative of Abdul Hakim said the student received a call at 2100 and left the house. The family then received a phone call 15 minutes later saying he had been injured. They went to the hospital and found that he had been killed. Three people at the hospital said the student died after being run over by a car. The relative said the three witnesses vanished as the family took Abdul Hakim’s body to the morgue.
