Security detains displaced man in North Darfur
The Sudanese security service has taken the 30-year-old displaced man from the camp’s market to an unknown destination.
A displaced man was detained on Sunday in a camp in El Fasher locality, North Darfur, and taken to an unknown destination.
Mubarak Bakhit Jadein, aged 30 years, lives in Abu Shouk camp. A local activist said that Jadein was at the market when members of the security service arrived in a vehicle and took him away.
The activist is concerned that Jadain might be subjected to torture and inhumane treatment from the Sudanese security service. Through Dabanga Sudan, he expressed his hope that the state authorities will immediately release him.
