Polluted water kills children, cattle in Darfur’s East Jebel Marra
Two children and seven cows died after drinking polluted water in the area of Rahad Jeng in East Jebel Marra on Friday. “Hawa Adam Saleh (12) and Najmeldin Yahya Idris (10) died after they drank water from the Rahad Jeng well”, a listener reported to Radio Dabanga from the area. He explained that the children were grazing cattle in Rahad Jeng. “Seven cows also died after drinking from the same water source.
