PCP candidate wants to reform Sudanese Armed Forces

KHARTOUM (10 Mar.) – The Popular Congress Party (PCP) presidential candidate Abdullah Deng Nhial pledged he will make the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) a professional and national force.

KHARTOUM (10 Mar.) – The Popular Congress Party (PCP) presidential candidate Abdullah Deng Nhial pledged he will make the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) a professional and national force. This includes the army, police and security forces. He added these forces are now a real danger for Sudan. He announced this statement at a symposium in Khartoum North on Monday. He added with concern that the security forces have authority to take property from citizens.
