North Darfur judge orders return of five abductees

A judge in Kutum locality, North Darfur, instructed the local joint force of police and security members to find and return five people who have been kidnapped from Korma market one week ago.
Judge Abdallah Amed Abdallah also ordered the arrested of the abductors. Speaking to Radio Dabanga, a relative of one of the kidnapped men said that the directive came after a complaint was filed to the police in Kutum.
The kidnappers are in Amo area, west of Kutum, which falls under the leadership of Omda Hassoun Bengali, according to the relative. “The kidnappers were in Kutum when the judge ordered their arrest and the return of the victims.”
Last Friday, Ibrahim Abdallah Suleiman, Adam Mohamed Saleh, Ibrahim Ali Mohamed Saboun, Abdelkarim Abdallah Abakar and Abdo Omer Noureldin were abducted from the market in Korma by gunmen in four vehicles.
