More teachers for Djabal Camp’s primary schools

The Royal Geographic Society, the organization supervising education at Djabal camp for Sudanese refugees in eastern Chad, has distributed 10484 notebooks and pens to the six primary schools in the camp, Radio Dabanga has learned on Thursday October 25. A number of 41 teachers were appointed for kindergarten and nursery levels; 31 teachers for the kindergarten level and 10 for the nursery level.The headmaster of the camp’s education, Mohamed Ali, told Radio Dabanga that the school started registration at the beginning of the current month and will continue until the middle of next month, November. The headmaster called upon the pupils’ parents to complete their childrens’ registration before expiry of the enrollment period.
