Minawi delegation will mediate between Nuwayba and Misseriya

Minni Minawi, senior assistant to the president, leads a delegation to South Darfur today to mediate between the Misseriya and Nuwayba to contain the fighting that claimed dozens of lives. Dhe al Noon Suleiman, a spokesperson of the Sudan Liberation Movement of Minawi, told Radio Dabanga that the popular delegation consists of indigenous civil leaders and dignitaries of the area. The fighting in both South and West Darfur has humanitarian implications and complicates the already complex situation in Darfur.
