Man killed, his brother injured in South Kordofan robbery
Armed robbers attacked a car in Abu Jubeiha in South Kordofan on Monday. The driver was wounded, his brother was killed instantly. On Sunday, the security committee of Abu Jubeiha locality started a campaign against white arms.
A relative of one of the victims told Radio Dabanga that medical assistant Adam El Nasri and his brother Hamid El Nasri were on their way to El Tirtir, south of Abu Jubeiha town, when a group of unknown gunmen attacked their vehicle.
“Adam died instantly and Hamid was seriously wounded,”he said. “The attackers then robbed them of their possessions.”

On Sunday, the security committee of Abu Jubeiha locality started a large-scale campaign against cold weapons.
A joint force of paramilitaries, security agents and policemen collected a large number of batons, knives, daggers, and swords, a listener reported.
