Locusts threaten East Darfur crops
Crops in the East Darfur locality of Bahr El Arab have been severely beset by Swarms of locusts over the past three days. Farmers fear they may lose their crops if authorities do not intervene and combat the threat. Speaking to Radio Dabanga, one of the farmers noted he is particularly concerned about his millet crops, which are currently maturing.
