Kalma residents demand release of Darfuri NGO staff

The displaced people in Kalma camp renewed their demands for the release of the IMC organization staff member Jibril Ahmed Mohammed Nourein and the displaced person, Musa Fanan, who was arrested a week ago. A youth in the camp said that the authorities tricked them into releasing 12 organization staff that they held hostage in return for Jibril. After Jibril went to the hospital due to the torture, he was re-arrested, only hours after his release. The displaced person appealed to the UNMID and the UN through Radio Dabanga to put pressure on the government to release Jibril and Musa.
