The Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) in North Darfur formed an investigation committee led by Abubaker Ishag to examine alleged violations of the election law by the National Congress Party (NCP). They will investigate the claim that the NCP allocated real estate properties in Khor Siyyal to numerous citizens in exchange for their vote. One of the people told Radio Dabanga he had to swear on the Koran to vote for NCP before receipt of the residential blocks. Radio Dabanga could not reach the NCP in El Fasher to comment on the news.
