Youth forum
Dalil Ibrahim Hamed, head of the Rizeigat and Habania youth forum in East and South Darfur, informed Radio Dabanga from the East Darfur capital of Ed Daein on Friday that the forum members are committed to “resort to the voice of reason and the promotion of a culture of peace” in the region.
Hamed said that the forum aims to promote peaceful coexistence in all localities of both states. He called on the state governments and members of the native administration to expedite the payment of blood money for victims of tribal clashes, “to calm down the tribesmen”.
