Implementation of Darfur water project announced
The Ministry of Finance in cooperation with the Transitional Darfur Regional Authority and the Ministry of Water Resources, Electricity and Dams, announced the upcoming implementation of a water project for Darfur, funded by the African Development Bank, Radio Dabanga learned on Tuesday Novemer 27. It was added that the project will be implemented over a five year period. Ali Mahmoud Abdul Rasoul, Minister of Finance, stated that the funding of this project will provide a fertile ground for peace in Darfur.
