ICC judge: Bashir ‘will face justice’ over Darfur

President Omar al-Bashir will face justice in The Hague, according to the head of the International Criminal Court.

President Omar al-Bashir will face justice in The Hague, according to the head of the International Criminal Court. President Judge Sang-Hyun Song dismissed criticism that the president wanted on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity has not been arrested. He compared it with the arrest warrants issued against Slobodan Milosevic and Charles Taylor. People laughed about it but within three years both leaders appeared before the tribunal. President Bashir has dismissed the warrant issued against him for war crimes in Darfur.
