Gunmen kill 75 year old village elder north of Garsila

Two gunmen on Tuesday killed the sheikh of Dengro village, which lies north of Garsila. Villagers managed to capture one of the assassins.Abakr Ishaq, who was 75 years old, was shot dead at night in his home. One of the relatives of the victim told Radio Dabanga that the gunmen shot 4 bullets in his head and left him dead, stating that people from the neighborhood were able to catch one of the gunmen while the other managed to escape.
