Governor of South Darfur speaks of deficit
The governor of South Darfur Abdel-Hamid Musa Kasha has spoken of challenges of paying employees over the past nine months, a source said to Radio Dabanga. 4632 employees have not had their salaries paid. The governor told the Legislative Council in Nyala that his monthly deficit estimated at 5 million Sudanese Pounds. He complained of the excesses caused by the Ministry of Finance for trying to direct support to communities without knowledge of the state.
