Government airplane bombs village in West Darfur
No casualties were reported after a government attack on the village of Gibbashah (east of El Geneina in West Darfur). A witness said that a government aircraft dropped nine (9) bombs that struck a mosque and homes in the region after Friday prayers. Only two of the nine bombs exploded. Several landed on the mosque and two on the house of Ibrahim Abakr, one on the house of Osman Bir, one on the house of Bakr Yahiya Isaac.
