Four killed in clash between herder groups in South Darfur

Four people were killed and one was wounded in renewed clashes between fighters from two rival Arab tribes in South Darfur. Newspapers in Khartoum yesterday reported that the fighting took place in pastures in Tamsaha in the locality of Bahar Al Arab in South Darfur. The clashes resulted in the deaths of three from the Rizeigat tribe and one wounded, while one Misseriya tribesman was killed. The sources pointed to the existence of a state of tension and panic in the region.
