Fires in Geneina, Garsila camps leave huge losses for victims

A fire which set broke out in Riyadh A camp in the city of El Geneina burned dozens of homes. The fire started Wednesday afternoon around 3:00 and burned 45 houses completely. An unknown person was accused of setting the fire intentionally, because it occurred at a time when the displaced were out of the camp. Also in Garsila, a fire broke out in Jeddah camp on Tuesday night and led to the burning and destruction of 9 houses. A sheikh in the camp told Radio Dabanga that 5 houses were burnt down completely while 4 houses were partially destroyed. He accused an unknown person of being behind the fire.
