Egypt President bound for Sudan state visit

Egyptian President Abdelfattah Al Sisi is due to arrive in the Sudanese capital of Khartoum on Thursday for a two-day state visit to Sudan.

Sudan’s ambassador in Cairo Abdelmahmoud Abdalhalim told the Sudan News Agency (SUNA) that Al Sisi’s visit tomorrow comes within the framework of continuous communication between the two leaderships in response to Al Bashir’s visit to Cairo ahead of the presidential elections.

Al Sisi and Sudan’s President Omar Al Bashir will hold a summit in Khartoum to discuss the advanced relations between the two countries and the related efforts to strengthen and deepen them in all fields.
