Displaced child burns to death in South Darfur camp
A 6-year-old child was burned to death in a fire that broke out at Solo camp for the internally displaced people in Mershing locality, South Darfur, on Thursday. A witness told Radio Dabanga that a fire broke out at the camp at about 2.30 pm. This led to the burning of the child, along with six sheep.The full contents of three houses, including ten sacks of millet, ten sacks of beans, six sacks of sesame, and large quantities of dried tomatoes, were destroyed.
