Chinese oil worker abducted in Sudan’s West Kordofan
An armed group abducted a Chinese oil engineer near Beleila in West Kordofan on Thursday. “A group of gunmen in a Land Cruiser and others on motorcycles ambushed a group of oil workers in the area of Kareem, in the vicinity of the Beleila oil field on Thursday evening,” a witness reported to Radio Dabanga. “After their work at the oil field, the workers left for Kareem, where they were attacked.
