Children protest teachers’ strike in West Darfur
The refusal to work by teachers at the basic schools in Kendebe camp, West Darfur, has entered its fifth day, as they protest an attack by militants against teachers on Sunday. Their pupils have demanded the resumption of studies.The coordinator of the camps in Sirba locality told Radio Dabanga that the militants attacked because they believed that the teachers were behind the boycott against the registrations for the national electoral process.
