Child killed inside burning house in Darfur camp
A five-year old child died on Wednesday when his house located in a Central Darfur camp caught on fire.Jeddah’s sheikh added that another five houses were burned at the site and all of their contents were destroyed. The camp, located in the Garsila area, had 41 houses burned down in the last two weeks only, the sheikh told Radio Dabanga. He added Garsila had 316 houses burned last year. The source demanded authorities to provide the camp a tank truck to avoid such incidents from repeating themselves so that “displaced stop losing their lives and their properties”. File photo
