On Wednesday night, a woman was shot dead by unknown gunmen in her home in El Marahik district, Nierteti, Central Darfur.

A woman was shot dead by unknown gunmen in her home in El Marahik district, Nierteti, Central Darfur on Wednesday night.
Speaking to Radio Dabanga, a neighbour of the victim said that around 12 pm on Wednesday, a number of gunmen began shooting at the home of Hawa Adam. She was killed instantly.
The incident was reported to the police of Nierteti.
